Spill Tech
From 2013 to 2018 I worked as brand consultant for Spill Tech – Responsible Environmental Management. In this time I oversaw the rapid growth of the brand from bottom to top as the company expanded from three to nineteen branches across Southern Africa.
Galito's
Between 2005 and 2016 I worked on the Galito’s Flame Grilled Chicken brand. A promising local and international brand that grew from 30 national stores to over 70 and also launched in neighbouring African countries as well as the UAE and Canada.
